Through the Rainbow Lens: Documentary Screening and Panel Discussion
This event centres on the screening of ‘Invisible Women’, a stirring autobiographical film following the journey of two remarkable women, including Irish-born LGBT activist Luchia Fitzgerald. ‘Invisible Women’ opened New York Pride Festival 2019 and won Best International Short Film at Dublin’s LGBTQ+ Film Festival Gaze. The 30 minute film will be followed by a post-screening Q&A on activism and what Pride means now, with the following panelists: Luchia Fitzgerald, 2020 Winner of Lifetime Achievement at Pride of Manchester Awards Lisa Daly, Chairperson of Limerick Pride Jane Houlihan, Trans Activist Tonie Walsh, Clonmel Pride Grand Marshal 2024 Q&A facilitated by Eve Kerton of Certified Proud Tea and coffee provided All ages welcome.
