Take time out in your week to learn how to reduce worry, stress and promote feeling relaxed and at ease in your body and daily life. Practicing mindfulness and breathwork reduces the stress hormones in our body and, as a result, improves our physical and mental health reducing our risk of illness by boosting our immune system. No experience or prior knowledge is needed for this workshop. This workshop is being delivered by Tipperary ETB (Community Education) as part of the Bealtaine Festival.
